Mediation Process

Prior to the mediation, Priscilla conducts individual phone or Zoom consultations with attorneys, providing an opportunity to gain deeper insights into each case. These pre-mediation consultations, along with comprehensive review of case materials, are included in the flat-rate fee for both half-day and full-day sessions. To ensure thorough preparation, parties are requested to submit briefs and relevant materials at least ten calendar days before the scheduled mediation. Confidential briefing notes may be submitted separately for mediator review only. All mediations are conducted via Zoom's secure, password-protected platform unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon. Upon receiving the signed mediation agreement and payment, parties will be provided with their confidential Zoom access link.
