A trusted negotiator with proven results

Priscilla's expertise in negotiation was forged almost 25 years ago when she began her career as a trial attorney at Farmers Insurance. Managing an intensive caseload of over 90 active personal injury matters, she developed a reputation for skillful resolution through her deep understanding of the insurance industry and ability to build productive relationships with counsel, adjusters, and stakeholders. During this time, she successfully resolved 300-400 cases through arbitration, mediation, and trial.

In 2005, answering the call to public service, Priscilla transitioned to the role of Assistant United States Attorney, where she spent fifteen years representing federal interests in complex matters spanning personal injury, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, civil rights, and immigration litigation. As a government attorney, she distinguished herself through her collaborative approach, working tirelessly with federal agencies and opposing counsel to craft solutions that served both public policy objectives and the interests of all parties involved.

“I want everyone who mediates with me to feel that I heard their deepest concerns and helped them explore every available option to find the best result for them.”
